Preschool Palooza Tales & Tunes at Islington Branch Library



Mary Jo Maichack, Minstrel Storyteller, will present a family show at the Islington Branch Library on Thursday, February 19, from 9:30-10:30 am. Join us in a fun and funny show of folktales & tunes from around the world. Geared especially for preschoolers, but fun for all ages, the show offersYOU a chance to sing along, dance, listen and chant to entertaining stories from a national-award-winning musical storyteller. Review of Regarding the Trees: A Splintered Saga Rooted in Secrets by Kate Klise


This month's Massachusetts Book Awards Book Club met to talk about Regarding the Trees and to eat snacks! The book earned a unanimous 5 out of 5 stars from our readers. In fact, they liked the other books in the series, too: Regarding the Fountain, Regarding the Sink. Next month's book is Sword bird by Nancy Yi Fan
